NCT ID NCT06160947

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This pilot study looks at whether adding chiropractic care to regular medical care can help adults with long-term back or neck pain reduce their use of opioid painkillers. The study will involve 24 patients from four community health centers in Canada. The main goal is to see if a larger study on this topic is possible, not to prove chiropractic works yet.
