First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study measured how anthracycline-based chemotherapy affects blood pressure control and artery stiffness in 60 people with breast cancer or lymphoma. Researchers compared patients currently on chemo with those who finished treatment 1-5 years ago. The goal was to understand why cancer survivors face higher heart disease risk, but no new treatment was tested.
