First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug durvalumab to standard chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX) before surgery is safe and tolerable for people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed. About 20 adults with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer will receive the combination treatment. The main goal is to see if most patients can complete at least 80% of the planned treatment without serious side effects.
