New study tests better ways to clean infected teeth for faster healing

Summary
This study looks at two different cleaning solutions used during root canal treatment for teeth with long-term infection. The goal is to see which method helps the infection heal better and causes less pain afterward. 63 healthy adults with infected front or premolar teeth will be treated and followed for 12 months.
