Summary

This pilot study tests whether infliximab can safely reverse insulin dependence in people who developed diabetes after checkpoint inhibitor cancer treatment. About 14 participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and blood sugar control. The goal is to see if early treatment can restore the body's ability to manage sugar without insulin.
