Summary
This study tests whether a friendly chatbot app can help high-risk drinkers cut back on alcohol. About 220 adults who want to drink less will use the app for 4 weeks, and researchers will check their drinking habits after 16 weeks. The goal is to see if the app's motivational conversations lead to real reductions in alcohol use.
