This study looks at whether a small, wearable continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can accurately diagnose dumping syndrome in people who have had surgery for esophageal cancer. Dumping syndrome happens when food moves too quickly into the small intestine, causing symptoms like dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and low blood sugar. Researchers will compare the CGM results to the standard oral glucose tolerance test in 30 adults to see if the sensor is a reliable and easier way to detect the condition.
