Summary
This study tests a therapy called CFTSI for children aged 7 to 17 who have experienced a traumatic event in the last 3 months. The goal is to see if CFTSI reduces post-traumatic stress symptoms better than standard supportive therapy. 140 children and their families will take part in 5 weekly sessions, with a follow-up 3 months later.
