Blood test may spot lung cancer early without needles or scans

Summary
This study is testing a new blood test that looks at tiny pieces of DNA (cfDNA) to find out if lung nodules seen on CT scans are cancer or not. Researchers will study 240 adults with small lung nodules to see how accurate the test is. The goal is to avoid unnecessary biopsies or surgeries for harmless nodules.
