New virtual program aims to fight debilitating fatigue in CF patients

Summary
This study is testing a new wellness program designed to help adults with cystic fibrosis who struggle with severe fatigue and poor sleep. The program combines virtual coaching sessions with strategies to improve sleep and increase physical activity. Researchers will enroll 80 participants to see if the program is practical to deliver and if it shows promising signs of improving these challenging symptoms compared to usual care.
