First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at three different ways to close the skin after a planned C-section in 300 adults with at least 2 cm of belly fat. The goal was to see which method leads to fewer wound problems, like infection or fluid buildup, and how long the surgery takes. Participants had one of three closure methods and returned 10 days later for a wound check and ultrasound.
