This early-phase study tested two experimental drugs, cediranib and selumetinib, in 19 people with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The drugs work by blocking blood vessel growth and key enzymes that cancer cells need to grow.
