Summary

This study tests whether giving a special immune cell treatment (CD19 CAR-T) after a stem cell transplant can help people with hard-to-treat B-cell lymphoma. It includes 16 adults whose lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can make the cancer disappear completely within three months.
