Summary
This trial tests whether cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), with or without bright light therapy, can improve sleep and other outcomes in adolescents with ADHD who also have insomnia and a late sleep schedule. Participants aged 10-24 will receive CBT-I plus either bright light or a placebo light. The study measures changes in insomnia severity, sleep patterns, mood, and cognitive function.
