Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week group therapy program based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is practical and well-liked by older adults with HIV. The program teaches skills to manage stress and adopt healthier habits. Fifty people aged 50 and older with well-controlled HIV took part. The goal was to see if this approach could improve their mental and physical health.
