First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests three parts of cognitive behavioral therapy—relaxation training, behavioral activation, and cognitive therapy—to see which best reduces fatigue and improves daily functioning in adults with multiple sclerosis. About 112 participants with MS-related fatigue will be randomly assigned to different combinations of these components. The goal is to find the most effective approach to help people feel less tired and more able to take part in social activities.
