VA launches sleep therapy program for older veterans

Summary

This study looks at how to best offer cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic insomnia to older veterans at 20 VA clinics. About 20 veterans will take part to see if the therapy helps them sleep better and feel better. The goal is to find the best way to bring this effective treatment to more veterans.
