Summary
This study is testing if treating depression can help prevent a worsening of insulin resistance, a condition that can lead to diabetes, in adults with HIV. Researchers will compare a 9-week online cognitive behavioral therapy program to an educational program about depression. The goal is to see if improving mental health can also protect physical health in this population over 12 months.
