New immune drug takes on Hard-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called CBI-1214 for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to help the body's immune cells attack the cancer. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 80 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
