Summary

This study tested two ultrasound-guided injections for carpal tunnel syndrome: one using a sugar-water solution (hydrodissection) and the other using a steroid. Fifty-three adults with moderate carpal tunnel took part. The goal was to see which treatment better reduces symptoms and improves hand function over time.
