This study tested whether a specific physiotherapy technique (nerve mobilization) or an ibuprofen pill works better for reducing pain in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. 117 adults with the condition were assigned to physiotherapy, ibuprofen, or no treatment. The main goal was to measure pain relief using a simple pain scale.
