Fluid injection size tested for common hand nerve problem
NCT ID NCT07283874
Summary
This study is testing whether using a larger volume of fluid during a specific injection treatment works better for carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will enroll 35 adults with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel to see if bigger injections provide more pain relief and better function. The treatment involves using ultrasound to guide fluid around the pinched nerve to separate it from surrounding tissue.
