Summary
This early-stage trial is for adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. It tests a combination of a chemotherapy wafer placed during surgery, an immunotherapy drug, and radiation, with or without another chemo drug. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, not to cure the disease.
