AI reads heart scans to spot hidden inflammation
NCT ID NCT07220304
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will see if an artificial intelligence program called CaRi-Heart can help doctors make better decisions about treating heart disease. About 15,000 adults getting a standard heart CT scan will have their images re-analyzed by the AI at no extra cost. The goal is to find out if the AI's extra information leads to earlier or more effective treatments.
