Summary

This study aims to understand why some multiple myeloma patients experience shortness of breath when taking the cancer drug carfilzomib. Researchers will use a special device to measure blood vessel health in 50 patients receiving this treatment. The goal is to identify risk factors and potentially find ways to prevent this distressing side effect.
