Summary
This study tracks 221 people with stage II or III lung cancer to see how chemoradiation therapy affects their heart health. Participants undergo heart scans, blood tests, and quality-of-life surveys before, during, and for at least two years after treatment. The goal is to better understand and detect heart damage early, not to test a new treatment.
