Summary

This study follows 221 people with stage II or III lung cancer to see how chemoradiation therapy affects the heart over two years. Participants undergo heart scans, blood tests, and surveys before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to better understand and detect heart damage early, not to test a new treatment.
