Cold snare showdown: which polyp removal method wins?

Summary

This study compares two cold snare techniques for removing medium-to-large colon polyps during a colonoscopy. About 570 adults will be randomly assigned to either piecemeal resection or endoscopic mucosal resection. The goal is to see which method removes polyps more completely and safely, helping to prevent colon cancer.
