Summary

This study compares two methods for removing certain types of colon polyps (10-19mm adenomas or serrated lesions 10mm or larger) during a colonoscopy: cold snare piecemeal resection (CSPR) and cold snare endoscopic mucosal resection (Cold EMR). About 570 adults will take part to see which method removes polyps more completely and safely. The goal is to improve colon cancer prevention by finding the best technique.
