Summary

This study tests whether a cardiac rehabilitation program can help adults with Fontan failure (a type of heart failure from a birth defect) walk more each day and feel less frail. About 50 participants will either join the rehab program or receive usual care. The goal is to see if rehab improves exercise ability, daily activity, and quality of life.
