Summary
This study will follow 200 people with suspected or confirmed cardiac amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal proteins build up in the heart and cause heart failure. Over two years, participants will undergo heart MRI scans, exercise tests, and blood work at regular visits. The goal is to better understand how the disease changes over time and how treatments affect the heart.
