First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called RD06-05, made from donor immune cells, for people with Graves' disease that hasn't improved with standard care. The goal is to see if it can safely stop the immune system from attacking the thyroid, allowing patients to stop thyroid medication. Only 4 participants will be enrolled to check safety and whether the treatment can lead to remission.
