Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced melanoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) that target two proteins, NG2 and DLL3, found on melanoma cells. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors. About 100 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
