NCT ID NCT06585514

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called CD19 CAR T cells for people with severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to target and attack faulty immune cells driving the disease. The trial aims to see if it is safe and can reduce lupus symptoms, but patients may still need ongoing medication.
