Summary

This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK) for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and vasculitis that haven't responded to standard therapies. The treatment aims to control the overactive immune system and reduce symptoms. About 15 adults aged 18-65 will participate to check safety and effectiveness.
