Cannabis medicine trial aims to extend life for deadly brain cancer

Summary
This trial is testing if adding a cannabis-based mouth spray (Nabiximols) to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) helps people with a specific type of recurrent brain tumor (glioblastoma) live longer. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real cannabis medicine or a placebo spray alongside their chemo. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival time compared to chemo alone.
