NCT ID NCT06842316
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how natural cannabis compounds (phytocannabinoids) affect immune cells from people with chronic inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and Crohn's disease. Researchers will collect blood from 100 patients and expose their cells to different cannabis extracts in a lab. The goal is to see which compounds best reduce inflammation and change immune cell activity, without giving any treatment to patients directly.
