Summary
This study aims to understand why people react differently to cancer drugs. Researchers will collect blood or cheek swab samples from about 1,100 cancer patients already enrolled in treatment trials at the National Cancer Institute. By analyzing genes, they hope to learn which genetic differences lead to more side effects or make treatments less effective, which could help guide future care.
