Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week support program can be successfully added to regular follow-up care for men living with advanced cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, testicles, or penis. The program includes nutrition advice, physical therapy, and other support services. Researchers want to see if the program is practical to run and if it helps improve participants' quality of life and reduce fatigue.
