Summary

This study tested a new support program for older adults who have finished treatment for breast, colorectal, or prostate cancer. A community health worker met with 30 participants to assess their overall health and provide personalized coaching. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and could help address other health issues that often arise after cancer treatment, aiming to improve their quality of life.
