New hope for cancer pain: experimental drug aims to ease suffering

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called 3D1002, used alone or with a standard painkiller (oxycodone), can better control moderate to severe pain in people with cancer. About 177 adults with confirmed cancer and stable pain will take part. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain scores and improves daily comfort.
