Summary
This study tested a financial navigation program to help cancer patients in rural and non-rural North Carolina deal with the high costs of care. 258 adults with cancer and significant financial distress took part. The program aimed to reduce financial toxicity and improve quality of life by providing guidance on managing expenses.
