NCT ID NCT03307785

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested the safety of combining multiple cancer drugs (niraparib, TSR-022, bevacizumab, chemotherapy, and TSR-042) in 60 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including lung cancer. The goal was to find safe doses for future larger studies. The trial focused on tracking side effects and dose-limiting toxicities, not on curing the disease.
