Summary

This study tests whether the drug canakinumab can prevent lung cancer in 50 people who have suspicious lung nodules that haven't gone away. Participants receive the drug and are monitored for nodule shrinkage, cancer development, and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach can stop lung cancer from forming.
