Strength training trial aims to ease MS pain without pills
NCT ID NCT07342777
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week supervised strength training program can reduce chronic pain in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will compare pain levels in 116 participants who either start the exercise program right away or continue with their usual care for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if regular exercise can be a safe, effective, and non-drug option for managing MS-related pain.
