Summary
This study looked at whether an adaptive e-learning program on urgent medical conditions could reduce anxiety and improve skills in junior doctors working in emergency departments. 233 junior doctors were split into two groups: one received the e-learning early, the other got standard training. Researchers measured changes in anxiety levels and self-confidence during shifts.
