Summary

This study tests whether Emotional Resolution (EmRes) therapy can reduce anxiety in 150 healthcare workers. Participants will either receive EmRes or practice mindfulness-based gratitude. The goal is to see if EmRes leads to greater anxiety relief, measured by a standard anxiety questionnaire.
