First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining a special PET/CT scan (CAIX-targeted) with standard imaging can better find and treat cancer spots in people with advanced kidney cancer. About 70 adults with recurrent or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma will receive standard drug therapy plus targeted radiation to visible tumors. The goal is to see if this approach delays cancer progression and controls treated lesions.
