First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called Cadonilimab in 28 people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic feature (MSI-H or dMMR) and has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. The drug targets two immune checkpoints (PD-1 and CTLA-4) to try to shrink tumors and control the disease. The main goal is to see how many patients are alive without their cancer getting worse after 12 months.
