First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at why people with hemophilia (a bleeding disorder) are less likely to die from heart disease. Researchers will use a new, detailed CT scanner to compare heart artery health in 80 men aged 45+ with hemophilia to similar men without it. The goal is to understand how blood clotting affects heart attack risk, which could lead to new prevention strategies for everyone.
