First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CABA-201 for people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), a disease that causes hardening of the skin and can damage organs. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy faulty B cells that drive the disease. The study will enroll 12 adults with active disease and significant organ involvement to check safety and how well the therapy works.
