First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a treatment called CABA-201, made from a patient's own immune cells (CAR T cells), for people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). The goal is to see if it is safe and can help control the disease by targeting and reducing certain immune cells. About 12 adults with active, moderate-to-severe disease will take part.
