Summary
This pilot study tested a culturally adapted form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CA-CBT) for adults who experienced the earthquakes in Türkiye and have high psychological distress. Sixty participants received 8 group sessions focusing on trauma education, emotion regulation, and relaxation.
